Refund Policy

Clear terms for every plan.

This policy explains how refunds are handled for Stageivo subscriptions and related purchases.

Effective and last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Overview

Stageivo plans are sold and payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, taxes, and payment disputes are handled under applicable law and Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You can cancel from the Stageivo billing page or through the customer portal link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you can continue using your remaining allowance until then.

Unused monthly or yearly allowances do not carry over after the applicable billing period ends.

3. Refund requests

To request a refund, use the Paddle support link in your receipt or contact us at hello@stageivo.com. Include the email address on the account and the relevant order or transaction details so the request can be located.

Paddle reviews each request under its refund policy, applicable law, and the facts of the transaction. If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Questions about plan access or allowance corrections can also be sent to us, and we will help investigate them.

4. Contact

For refund or billing questions, contact hello@stageivo.com. You can also review our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
