7. Retention, archiving, and deletion
We retain account, project, source-image, and output information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Archived projects may be scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You can schedule account deletion from Settings; the request enters a delay period before processing so accidental requests can be addressed.
Deletion removes or de-identifies information from active systems subject to technical processing time. Limited information may remain in encrypted backups, security logs, transaction records, or legal records until those records expire or are no longer required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance. Paddle independently retains transaction information under its privacy notice and legal obligations.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale or sharing; and appeal a denied request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
You can update your profile or initiate deletion from Settings. You may also email hello@stageivo.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
